HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
In the event you do need to make a return, please follow these steps:

- Go to Your Orders
- Click on the link “return items?”
- Fill out the quantity to return for those items you are returning and the remaining required information and click on “submit request”
- You will receive a return confirmation email
- Once we receive your items back, if applicable, we will refund the amount to your original form of payment, unless you asked for a store credit
- You will receive an email when your credit has been issued
- Remember: you can always check the status of your return in Your Account under Returns
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Once we receive your merchandise your credit will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt. You will be notified by email every step of the way! Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment unless stated otherwise during the returns process.
NOTE: We only refund the merchandise and not the original shipping fee, if applicable. Make sure to send it prepaid (no CODs allowed), and get tracking information for your package since you are responsible for it until we receive the goods.
