ORDER SHIPPING TIME

Thank you for shopping with us! Shipping Options apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico and Guam).

In-stock merchandise shipped using our Standard Delivery option typically ships within 1-3 business days.

NOTE: Processing times may be longer during high volume periods. Due to carrier capacity, some shipments may experience delays, and tracking information may take up to 36 hours to update on the shipping carrier’s websites.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Orders $60 or over are always shipped for FREE using standard shipping in the United States, this includes Hawaii and Alaska, too!

Orders under $60 utilize the following shipping table based on standard USA shipping charges, including Hawaii and Alaska

Domestic shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of the order, minus tax or coupons.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are based on the estimated weight of the package.

You will be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order at checkout.

International shipping rates do not include import fees, customs, or duty charges. Sulky.com has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

APO/FPO BOXES

We proudly offer Standard shipping to Military addresses! Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS

We are happy to offer express shipping options for both domestic and international orders. You will be able to review these options and make your selection at the cart level and during the checkout process. Orders must be received before 2:00 PM ET. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier or and the order value is over $300.00 we do not require a signature for delivery. The carrier may leave the package, if they feel it is safe, in locations such as a patio, garage, and any exterior doors. If you are not home, and it is determined unsafe to leave the package, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sulky.com reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Sulky.com is not responsible for loss or damage to items occurring after delivery by the carrier to you. Once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our control, however, we will work with the carrier to help resolve any issues.

All aerosol products must ship UPS ground.
