I was considering using these pens to make my own fabric care tags for clothing I made. If I used paper, I would have to write out the instructions backwards, in order to transfer onto the fabric. So writing directly onto the tags would be easiest in my case. See more »

You don't have to write it backwards. Write it or type it on paper from your computer and then hold it up to a window, or lightbox and trace the reverse side. Hope this helps.

I bought this pen for embroidery project, but I'm worried about getting the ink out once I've finished. I don't want to be able to see the outline once I've completed the design. See more »

The iron-on Transfer Pens will not wash out. It is a permanent ink pen.
