I was quite surprised at how much I like this gadget. It does what they say it does - slit the backing on sticky stabilizer. I also find it helpful scoring the backing on tear away stabilizer once the embroidery is finished. The weight of it is heavier than I expected

I LOVE this pen! Worth every penny

It looks like it will be very useful in doing slits to remove material on top of an applique. I do have to review how to use it, though. Already forgot.

Haven't used it yet, but when I Ellen use on her shows, I think it will do just great.

I used an old sewing machine needle to make the slit on Sulky sticky paper products- have been doing this since the early 90’s when I got my first embroidery machine. I finally decided to give this pen a try and WOW!! First of all, it works great! It’s a mystery to me how it doesn’t cut the sticky part. Secondly, it is faster than my old way. And it is an affordable price!! Sulky Sticky products are my “go-to” for embroidery, so I’m using this everyday!!! I’m so glad I finally made the investment!

This works perfect! Used multiple times this weekend and never once cut further than the paper!
