I love this stuff. It's great for hooping my Rope Bowls to embroider them. I use it for many other machines embroidery projects as well. Buying it by the bolt saves so much money as I can cut it to fit my 10.5 x 16 hoop. It washes out great leaving no residue. Very happy with purchase.

I use this water soluble stabilizer in many projects. My favorite is to lay out yarns on the sticky surface, put the water soluble clear topper on, then stitch using the “free motion” setting on my sewing machine. When you wash away the stabilizer, you are left with the beautiful yarns and sewing thread holding it all together. Such fun!

I make Teddy Bears and if the fabric is too stretchy I draw the pattern on the Sticky Fabri-Solvy then put it on the stretch fabric to stabilize it so I can cut out my bear pattern. Works great. Actually I use it all the time (not on all bear patterns) whether the fabric is stretchy or not as it makes a nice liner

I use Fast Frames and Sticky FabriSolvy is the best for items with intricate designs. The stabilizer works well on the frames without getting the needles gummy, cleanly washes away from the embroidered items, and is also easy to clean off the hoop frames. A really great product from my point of view.
