I ordered one of these cases and the clasp wouldn't stay shut. I contacted Sulky, who sent out a replacement, no questions asked, ASAP. I was really impressed with the service. The new case stays closed. I like that it stores the large and small spools. The only draw back, is the case isn't quite as nice as my other ones, which are 20 years old and are a bit more heavy duty. They've lightened up the case, so it isn't quite as sturdy as my older ones. Overall, it's still a nice case, slim enough I can store it on a shelf, with my 4 other cases, in a cabinet, keeping the threads out of the light.

I have 3 of these cases, filled to the brim. I accidently dropped one of my 25 year old Sulky thread case and a big chunk came off, boo-hoo. I recently ordered another one. Shipping was good, came in a timely manner. I love these cases as they fit small and large spools. However, a bit disappointed the case is a bit flimsy compared to my older ones, oh well, I still like it.

I have a number of Sulky thread boxes. I like them because you can open them and lay them flat to choose threads to embroider. I got this box as part of a promotion. I had to buy a certain amount to get the box for free. This one seems like it is a little sturdier than more older boxes but it still opens flat to work out of it. I would recommend the box for thread storage, because it keeps your threads organized and dust free.

I needed more thread storage. Now I need more thread to fill it..

I am starting quite the collection of Sulky thread and almost filled this 1 up. I love that it closes up and protects all the spools

I love them, they hold most all my thread. They other threads as well as sulky. I have several.

It is exactly what I ordered, but it won't work for what I had hoped for. I'm keeping it. I might need it later.
