    I tried 4 times to download the format (JEF) to my computer and then transfer to a USB stick to use in my embroidery machine. I have used an embroidery machine for over 15 years so feel I know my way around how to download and use a design. Only 1 designed downloaded and the others did not.. Really not happy with any of this project and will not make it!
