ENJOY CREATING THESE WONDERFUL PROJECTS
Sew a waterproof beach tote for carrying damp beach towels, swimsuits, muddy dog toys and more. This tote is sturdy, durable and easily wiped clean, thanks to waterproof canvas fabric. The optional embroidery is also water-resistant, thanks to Sulky Stitch ’n Seal Stabilizer.
ABOUT THE FABRIC
The featured waterproof canvas fabric by Ottertex® is is 600x600 denier, 100% polyester and 61/62” wide with approximately 58” of usable fabric. The fabric has a plastic PVC backing with a waterproof coating, making it extremely durable and resilient. The fabric also has mold and UV resistance qualities.
A low-to medium-temp iron is suitable ONLY on the fabric right side. Do not touch the iron to the waterproof backing. For this reason, finger-press seams and/or use a seam roller to flatten them after stitching.
